While Albion Studio will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage once your order has been handed over to the postal or courier service. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that shipping times are estimates only, and that actual delivery times may vary depending on factors outside our control, including customs clearance, postal service performance, and unforeseen disruptions.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation, unless we contact you directly to advise otherwise.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UK time) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail as our primary carrier for both domestic and international shipments. Depending on your location and the size/value of the order, alternative carriers or services may be used to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Domestic (UK) Shipping: Standard or Tracked delivery options may be selected where available.

International Shipping: Services may include Royal Mail International Standard, Royal Mail International Tracked, or other equivalent providers.
Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Europe: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Rest of the World: 7–20 business days from dispatch.

Service Interruptions
Albion Studio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Customs inspections or clearance delays

Pandemics, natural disasters, or other events outside our control
Should such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any known delays and will work with you to find the best available resolution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Albion Studio has no control over these charges, and they are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch (for UK orders) or 45 days (for international orders), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
In the case of damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the packaging and item.
